Return Policy

At World Casa, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your item is delivered.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for return, the item must:

  • Be in unused, unassembled, and as-new condition
  • Be free from stains, scratches, damage, misuse, or modification
  • Include all original parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories
  • Be returned in its original packaging or packaging that provides equivalent protection during transit

Restocking Fee

All approved returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or shipment error will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

This 30% restocking fee is the only charge applied to approved customer-remorse returns.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Made-to-order, customized, personalized, or special-order items
  • Final sale, clearance, closeout, or floor-model/display items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page or invoice
  • Items that have been used, installed, altered, assembled, or damaged after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify World Casa within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Item name or SKU
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

If the issue is verified as transit damage, manufacturer defect, or shipping error by World Casa, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or return at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact World Casa Customer Care with your order details. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

World Casa reserves the right to:

  • Request photos before approving a return
  • Deny returns that do not meet the policy conditions
  • Adjust the refund if the returned item is received in a condition different from what was reported

Return Shipping and Pickup

For approved returns, World Casa will provide return shipping or pickup at no charge to the customer.

For approved customer-remorse returns, the only deduction from the refund will be the 30% restocking fee.

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused for reasons other than visible transit damage or confirmed shipment error, the order will be treated as a return and will be subject to the 30% restocking fee.

Exchanges

World Casa does not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the original item must first be returned and approved under this policy, and a new order must then be placed separately.

Refund Timing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Important Fit and Access Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that products will fit through entryways, hallways, staircases, elevators, and into the intended space prior to ordering. Returns due to size, fit, or access issues remain subject to this Return Policy, including the 30% restocking fee.
